Visualizing Success

You visualize everyday with every thought whether you believe in visualization or not. If you say “hamburger” many people will immediately see golden arches or a big mac so you’re constantly visualizing. With two thousand thoughts for the average person, that’s two thousand little, micro visualizations.

With my Score Success System I train people to be proactive with their visualizations so they can think about the positive things that they want and we visualize preparing for the next sales presentation. I’ve never had a day I haven’t already had. I dress rehearse. I don’t think about getting a haircut, but I’m thinking about the macro items I need to achieve. Every Sunday night I visualize the next week as the greatest week in my life and at the end of every month I visualize the next month is the greatest month I’ve ever had.

Visualization works because the subconscious mind does not know the difference between fantasy and reality. That’s why you can wake up from a nightmare and your heart’s pounding, your mouth’s dry and your eyes are dilated, but there was no one in your room. If you visualize in a constructive and proactive way, it’s going to help you be the best salesperson you can be.
