Currently residing in Pittsburgh, prior to her current role in IBM Customer Engagement, Zeynop Tolon served at at IBM in the Market Development and Insights organization for 5 years. Before IBM, Zeynep was an analyst at McKinsey & Co. as well as a software engineer at Microsoft. She holds an MBA from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
