Time tends to be one of the biggest challenges for a lot of small business owners and entrepreneurs and there’s no doubt that you could spend every waking hour doing everything single thing possible.

One of the things I think is most important is to understand what you’re great at, and what you’re not great at and the moment that you have the resources to allocate the things that you’re not truly great at and that truly fill you up, that light you up, the moment you have the resources to move those tasks and responsibilities to somebody else where that is their genius, where that does light them up - make that shift.

It’s a huge challenge for a lot of people because there is a trust issue there, but you’ve got to get over that because if you don’t you become your business’ greatest limitation to growth and success.
